Excellent quesabirria served from this food truck Thursday-Monday. Do not sleep on this food truck! $10 is a great price for the 10 inch tortilla filled with savory marinated shredded beef and melted cheese. This food truck is located in a parking lot shared by the Caldwell Idaho Youth Ranch and Caldwell Car Wash. Right at the split for Blaine and Caldwell Blvd. Very quick service- waiting about 5 minutes for food. Hard to find a place like this in Caldwell- if you like legit Mexican food, give this place a try!! If you've never had birria, it's a very unique flavor but I think you'll love it! Give this place a try!

Let me tell you something! Got the torta de birria. It’s was everything I wanted and more. First of all the consume you can drink it. It’s amazing. Meat was perfect! Threw the green sauce on, threw the red sauce on, Bam!Bam! And dipped into the consume. Heavy breathing heavy grubbing! I really have to point out the little diced cucumber with onion they give you that you can put on the torta was a beautiful touch. My day got significantly better after eating this. I’m going back when I get another craving for a torta. 10/10
